Stamp Duty Holiday extended & we’ll add £2000 John Lewis vouchers when you complete on your new home here by 30th June 2021

3rd March 2021

It was back in July 2020, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, that the Chancellor announced a temporary holiday on stamp duty on the first £500,000 of all property sales in England and Northern Ireland if you completed on buying your home by 31st March 2021.

Following the Chancellor’s budget announcement made on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 the good news is this Stamp Duty Holiday has been extended until 30th June 2021.

So as all of the remaining homes at Albany Meadows are under £500,000, whichever style of home you choose to buy, you will continue to have no stamp duty to pay providing you complete on that home by 30th June 2021 – offering you a significant saving.

And to add to the good news, in what has been a difficult past 12 months for everyone, we are also offering £2000* John Lewis vouchers from us to spend on your lovely new home when you complete by the end of June 2021.

So it remains a great time to buy here with the extension of the stamp duty holiday and the extra bonus of £2000 John Lewis vouchers from us. Our sales team would be delighted to show you around our remaining homes. Rest assured we have taken all the necessary steps to ensure on-site viewings are safe following our Covid Secure measures.
