On Wednesday 8th July 2020, in response to the impact of COVID-19 in the UK, the Chancellor announced a temporary holiday on stamp duty on the first £500,000 of all property sales in England and Northern Ireland.

What does this mean for you when you buy a new home at Albany Meadows?

As all of the remaining homes at Albany Meadows are under £500,000 it’s simple, whichever style of home you choose you will pay no stamp duty when you move providing you complete the purchase of your new home by 31st March 2021 – saving you up to £15,000.
