Looking out for each other, a friendly chat in the communal grounds, sharing lots of laughter – it’s the sort of community spirit that makes everyday life that little bit more enjoyable.

An active social life

Feeling lonely or isolated is a thing of the past living at Albany Meadows. There is always something for you to join in with here. When you do is completely up to you, but from book clubs to film afternoons and afternoon teas to wine tasting evenings, a whole new social life becomes available to you, on your doorstep, for you to enjoy when it suits you.

Our Village Manager

Keeping Albany Meadows running smoothly and organising plenty of social events is the Village Manager. Always a friendly face for a chat and to help you out with day-to-day life, they also help coordinate your home support services, can take deliveries for you when you’re not home and make sure all of the shared spaces are looked after impeccably for you to enjoy every day.

The Albany Lounge

Sitting at the heart of the development is the Albany Lounge. Inviting and sociable, consider it an extension to your own living room. Here you can meet up with friends over coffee, try new hobbies or simply enjoy reading the papers in front of the cosy fireplace. There’s a TV area too, where you can settle down and watch your favourite programmes or sport events with new friends.

Peaceful surroundings

Take a deep breath and relax. Living here you may quickly forget you are so close to bustling town life in Balsall Common. It’s a tranquil haven with beautiful countryside and woodland views. Homes are nestled around quiet landscaped gardens and meandering pathways. Take a moment to relax in the fresh air sitting out by The Green or enjoying spotting the local wildlife in the surrounding fields.
